I’m an experienced moderator at events, whether it’s for an in-depth one-on-one interview or a panel interview with multiple participants.
My aim is to create a relaxed atmosphere where the participants feel comfortable and the audience gets to hear fresh insights from the panel or interviewee.
Previous interviewees include Fiona Shaw, Katriona O’Sullivan, Imelda May and Roddy Doyle. I’ve chaired panels on topics such as: music careers; films; feminism and gender-based issues; disinformation and social media. I love getting to utilise my experience as a news journalist/former assistant news editor and arts journalist, as well as what I learned from my Women’s Studies MA and being an author.
